12.3.2025, Eerikkilä has implemented Icareus Video Cloud as part of their MyE.Way service, bringing a whole new dimension to coaching, training and player development.
With the overhaul, more than 1,400 annual matches, events and other videos will be made available through the MyE.Way service.
The integration allows for comprehensive and visual learning, where coaches can use recorded matches and training videos as teaching material. This helps to illustrate game situations, tactical choices and individual areas for development. The video editing and annotation tools support coaching by helping to focus instruction on the moments that are most relevant to player development.
On the other hand, players can learn independently by reviewing their own performance and comparing it with previous games, which contributes to personal development and self-assessment. Overall, the effective use of video makes coaching more interactive, personalised and effective. The integration will allow for a more extensive use of video in training and coaching processes, making Icareus Video Cloud a powerful tool for player development for the MyE.Way service.
Video recordings become part of daily routine - without extra steps
Icareus Video Cloud was integrated with Eerikkilä’s MyE.Way service using Icareus’ open interface, allowing coaches and players to access videos without having to log in or switch between platforms. This enables, among other things:
- Automatic video recording: matches are transferred directly to the video cloud and can be watched via MyE.Way without manual downloading.
- User rights management: Teams and coaches have access only to their own matches and training videos, ensuring security and privacy.
- Video editing and sharing: coaches can edit, analyse and share key moments directly with players within the MyE.Way platform.
- Automatic management of metadata: Game videos are automatically organised by team, date and match type, making them easy to retrieve and use for analysis.
