France 24 Chooses Icareus to Replace Legacy Systems and Enhance Viewer Engagement

Building on their partnership since 2019, France 24 has now expanded its use of Icareus Playout to include advanced HbbTV management.

France 24, the international news channel, broadcasts 24/7 to 355 million households worldwide in French, Arabic, English, and Spanish. To improve workflow efficiency and deliver richer content engagement, France 24 upgraded its interactive TV infrastructure by replacing legacy systems with Icareus Playout’s HbbTV Carousel servers. The deployment brings greater reliability, streamlined scheduling, real-time updates, and easier scalability as the channel continues to grow.
